What is Reiki Therapy?The most widely used definition is “Universal Life Energy”.Reiki therapy is this life energy channeled through the hands of a certified practitioner. You can feel it’s effects immediately in most cases and the effects of the therapy last for a long time. Reiki therapy is beneficial for all and can never cause harm. One need not have a condition or illness to benefit from receiving Reiki therapy. However, many people seek out alternative therapies such as Reiki to assist in better wellbeing when they do have conditions or illness. Examples of common conditions that can benefit from therapy are: illness (minor, acute, chronic or severe), stress, anxiety, fear, pain and sleeplessness and end of life comfort for patient and family.
